Singapore Citizens, PRs, Dependant/Employment/ Long-Term Visitor can register for a Singpass account. You can then access the system using the SingPass. 

You should ensure that all fields are filled. Key in NA for fields that do not apply to you. 

You will also need to submit all supporting documents within approximately 7 days from the time the application was started. If you do not submit documents on time, then you have to restate your application. 

If you fail to fill in all the fields or submit all supporting documents, then your application may even be rejected. 

Each application incurs a non refundable fee of SGD $100 per person.
